Booking Information
For Vet Visits add-on options give an indication of cost for common additional services. These are NOT charged at time of booking. The cost of additional add-ons will be determined by services and treatments you agree to during your consult.
Our Peaceful Farewell section located on our services page outlines our euthanasia service and options. Please call if you cannot find available times, we may still be able to schedule an appointment for you.
To make an online appointment a credit card is required. Please call or SMS on 0402 152 194 for an appointment or discuss options.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate your needs as best we can. However, to ensure fairness and cover administrative costs associated with cancellations, we have implemented a cancellation fee policy. Cancellations may be made 1 hour or more prior to appointment and will incur a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations within one hour of the scheduled appointment and No shows will not be refunded.
Please note we are not an emergency service. If you require urgent emergency treatment or after-hours care for your pet, please see services listed on the Next setion (below) of this page also on the services page.
Our main service zone covers most Southwest Sydney/Macarthur suburbs. Our main service area for Peaceful Farewell in-home euthanasia is more extensive than our Vet Visit Consultation Area. Please see if you are in our main service area before booking online VETERINARY SERVICES – BIODX AUSTRALIA. If you find that your suburb is not listed or located outside the main service area, please call us on 0402 152 194. We often travel outside our main service zone. Outer zones are priced differently & extra travel time required may affect availability.

Please Note, we are not an emergency veterinary service and do not provide after-hours emergency veterinary care. Although we have access to surgical and hospital facilities it can take time to schedule these procedures. If you feel that your pet is in critical condition and is in need of urgent veterinary attention please seek help from the following:

We highly recommend calling before-hand for advice and to ensure they have the facilities and staff available to care for your loved one promptly. Many general practice veterinary hospitals may not have all services readily available, such as: quarantine services, staffed overnight care, Snake anti-venom etc. They may refer you directly to a specialist clinic.
