The Biopanda Canine Parvovirus Antigen Rapid Test qualitatively detects Canine Parvovirus antigen (CPV Ag) from a dog’s faecal or vomit specimen.

Test procedure

1. Collect a sample of the dog’s faeces or vomit using the swab provided.
2. Place the swab containing the sample into the assay buffer tube and stir thoroughly.
3. Open the cassette from the foil pouch and position it on a flat, clean surface.
4. Using the pipette provided, collect a sample of the buffer/specimen mixture.
5. Holding the pipette vertically, slowly drip 3 drops of the mixture into the sample well on the cassette. Start the timer.
6. Read the results at 5 minutes. After 10 minutes results are considered invalid.
