Canine Relaxin (C-RLN)
Canine relaxin diagnosis is a simple, convenient and accurate detection method, which is widely used in the auxiliary diagnosis of early pregnancy in animals.
From the 25th to 30th day of pregnancy, the level of early progesterone in the blood of female dogs increases, and early pregnancy can be quickly diagnosed by fluorescence immunochromatography or color latex test.
Specifications
The recommended testing time is 25-30 days after mating. Due to individual differences, if a negative occurs maybe the first time of testing is too early, you will need to test again after 5 days.
Each Laboratory should establish a reference range that is representative of the population to be evaluated. The diagnosis must be made in conjunction with other clinical symptoms and tests.
